Bangalore Photography Club’s flagship exhibition turns four this year. Like every year, this time too the Club’s efforts are being directed towards making this a bigger and better platform for amateur and professional photographers to showcase their work.

Imagine presents Bangalore Photography Club’s Frames of Mind 2009 will be held at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat between 28th and 30st August 2009. This year, the exhibition will feature selected works of more than fifty hobby and professional photographers under the categories Spaces, Still, People and Nature.

BPC’s one basic value has always been about giving back to the society, using photography as a tool. Frames of Mind 2009 has adopted a cause to serve, using the amazing amount of talent that its participants bring on board. A cause that concerns all of us today is urban climate change. If photography, and FoM in particular, as the medium can be instrumental in initiating people into this subject then BPC will have achieved another milestone in its course.

This year’s exhibition carries an exclusive section for photographs on the theme Climate Change. These images will also form part of a campaign that will be designed by BPC in association with organizations in the industry to make even more people aware of the same.
